Dennis

Broker and Owner

Dennis is the owner of RCPM. He has been in the home services business for over 20 years. He has lived in Texas, Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland, and Alabama. He has been married for 15 years to his wife Mary and has 3 children. He served for 10 years in the Air Force working as a network engineer and communications officer and now serves in the Army National Guard as a signal officer, with emphasis on network security. He was involved in the defense/investigations industry for several years, working on the Arsenal.


Dennis has always been very passionate about real estate and has created a full-service property management, one-stop shop focusing on investor management, sales, and rehabs. He has extensive knowledge in management of all types and has immersed himself in many facets of real estate. He is the preferred management service provider for the Huntsville Real Estate Investors Association and has been in the top 20 selling Realtors of one of the largest real estate firms in Northern Alabama in the last year. His background is in criminal justice, real estate, computer resources, and business. He enjoys traveling, riding ATV’s, and music.
